LCS is a family-owned company based in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz), Spain.

LCS has its roots in the Netherlands, Rotterdam, the world’s largest port. During my cargo-sourcing trips for Rotterdam, my motto to exporters was that if they couldn’t find a solution in the Netherlands, there was no point in looking further. This wasn’t just sales talk; I meant it, because for 99% it’s true. A “small country big in solutions”. This extensive experience in air, road, and sea logistics as well in Frozen and fresh logistics served as the foundation for me to start my own business in Spain in 2004, 44 years after I had left Spain as the son of immigrants.

With LCS, I continued the relationship with the U.S. Department of Defense, with whom we won the first OCONUS contract to supply food to troops stationed in Southern Europe. Now we have expanded our services into other sectors within defense, and we play an important role in logistics, maintenance, and other service sectors as described on this site. Always with one goal in mind: ensuring that service members have everything they need and can carry out their missions effectively and competently with our logistical support.
